Study On The Color Measurement Based On The Color Management And Its Application

Color is one of key elements for printing and reproduction. So how to assure the color rendering veritably is really a worldwide hard problem in printing work flow. At present , the digital color management has been adopted in printing to describe the color characteristic for each step of the whole workflow. It's the best choice to realize the color rendering veritably , and the precondition and base is to make sure that the color data is exact and has high precision.The paper makes deep studyes on the base of color management that color measurement and pays more attention to the four elements describing the color characteristic: density, dot gain, chromaticity and spectrophotometry as well as their measuring methods.
