With the development of society economy, more and more the high quality textile printing is demanded, but, now textile printing production can not meet the requirement completely. Primary color dyestuff half-toning dot printing technique is one of the developing targets of modern printing technology, and is the urgent need of fashion revolutionary change. The thesis put forward the theory and experiment study on filtrating primary color dyestuff, which purpose was to obtain reasonable and exact primary color dyestuff during half-toning dot printing. It can provide technology support and scientific gist for large scale extending the application of primary color dyestuff in half-toning dot printing. If the result was applied to the practice, it might enrich physical and spirit life, advance the plus benefit of printed production, and boost civil economy's progress. It had important academic and practical significance for the research of half-toning dot printing and development of printing technology.The study methods: Primary colors dyestuff was filtrated by reflect spectrum method and mean square variance minimum theory, combining the chromatics, printing theory with dyestuff science. The experimental projects were designed by the black box theory. Spectrum reflectivity curves were fitted by thrice spline insert value. The filtrating results were estimated with color theory. Color gamut was used to validate the consistency between filtrated and estimated results. The expression about color difference and dyestuff concentration were got by multinomial fit.The main works: Filtrated primary colors dyestuff by theory analysis and experiment test. Basic flow of filtrating primary color dyestuff was obtained. Filtrating result was estimated by using chroma, color density and metamerism. Synthetical estimate was made for filtrating result, and reasonable primary color dyestuff was gained. The function relation between color difference and dyestuff concentration was obtained.The results indication: The filtrating flow was effective and feasible, and it could enhance the efficiency for filtrating. The flow has practicability. The consistency between filtrated and estimated result was good, No.2, 7 and 13 were the final primary color dyestuff. Their color differences under the different illuminant were all less than the international standard. In color gamut graph and GATF figure, the rationality of filtrate method was validated by the color gamut result. Nonlinear relation was obtained between color difference and dyestuff concentration.
