Cashmere Fabric Printing Process Is Discussed

The consumption tendency on the pursuit of Individuality and versatility will enhance gradually with the abundant new products development from the aspect of market demand both home and abroad. The printing unit of cashmere product is piece, such as cashmere sweater, cashmere scarf and shawl, which is different from the printing unit of cotton cloth, furthermore, because cashmere product has high value and the printing quality will directly influence the market share. So it's very important to optimize and explore the printing process for cashmere products.By using EX6000 Color Separation System and the automatic UNITEX Screen printing machine, this paper put forward the influence on cashmere printing made by pastes, dyestuffs and auxiliaries. To determine the viscosity of paste by rotatory viscometer and to know the stability of paste and the printing perfonnance of color paste. To determine the refractive rate R by color measuring system and analyze the influence of different rate of color paste on the fabric dye uptake, unevenness and permeating degree;Selecting a series of dyestuffs with Lanaset as the priority, and milling resistant dyes, such as Lanasyn S , Lanasol and Sandolan as the secondary, different dye recommendations for different color shades are given. This paper also makes a determination and analysis on the build up rate of different types of Lanaset dyes. The acid diluent is chosen as the dyeing formula by comparing research with acetic acid, the use of printing oil is beneficial for the leveling of dyes up-take. At the same time, some research works on the steaming, washing and color fixing are described in this paper, and some suggestions on how to decrease shade yellowing arealso given. In addition, the quality standards for both cashmere fabric printing and blended cashmere fabric printing are also explored.A series of optimized printing formula and process for printing different patterns of woolen/worsted scarves and shawls, woolen/worsted cashmere sweaters are developed under this project and it has very important directive function to improve quality control and decrease printing faults.
