Research On Regionally Ecological Planning And Construction Of Rapidly Urbanization Areas

Economy and urbanization have been developing rapidly in China since the reform and opening. At the same time the environmental quality of the whole country is tending downwards with the phenomena as urban problems, unbalance of regionally ecological environment and etc. To research and solve the environmental problems is a part of regional planning, which is effective means of special arrangement for national economy and society.At present investment and economy are developing rapidly in coastal area of China, especially in Yangtse Rive delta. In these areas which are wide-opened, high-exploited, intensively intervened and rapidly developing, in order to achieve sustainable development the ecological problems should be realized clearly and solved reasonably. QingPu district is in the west of Shanghai City. It is also located in the ecologically sensitive areas of DianShan Lake.An ecological planning of rapidly urbanization area is made, taking QingPu as a case study. It is also an importance of construction of ecological and coastal city of tourism. This paper's motif is to provide means to solve the regionally ecological and environmental problems by analyzing regional ecological environment with a rapidly urbanization, and to seek after a pattern of ecological planning and construction in areas with rapidly urbanization.The frame of the paper is as follows. The first part reviews the origin of regionally ecological planning and construction and reveals the meaning of its theory. The second part clarifies the basic theory and the frame of the planning. Then it makes the ecological planning for QingPu to propose a system of all-around ecological and environmental construction. The final part points out that economy, society and environment should be taken in harmony with the principle of taking ecological environment into first consideration in order to achieve sustainable development of rapidly developing areas.
