With the support of key technology R&D program in Gansu province, take the innovative design of the precision shearing machine as the aim of development, the theory of virtual development of new-type of precision shears machine is developed.Taking the concept and characteristic of shearing technology into account, retrospect popular accurate shearing way, for instance, the radial clamps shear, axial pressurizes shear, hot shear and high-speed shear, etc., draw a conclusion that high-speed shear has a bright future for wide range of application. Taking the dynamical system of high-speed shear for bar as the research object to meet the demand of high-speed shear for bar steel because of the high speed of shearing blade is above 5m/s during shearing process ensures the quality of the cross-section. By analyzing the present state and perspective of shearing and pressure equipments, represent the background of the project of new high-speed shearing for bar-hydraulic and pneumatic type of high-speed shear for bar.Based on the project of high-speed shearing for bar- hydraulic and pneumatic type of high-speed shear for bar, analysis it's characteristics of structure. For the characteristics and the requirement of high-speed shearing, the equipment adopts the way of hydraulic pressure for shearing and pneumatic pressure for return to realize the operating cycle. Only the accumulators for accelerating and pressurizing course provide enough pressure force can the piston meet the requirement of high-speed start-up and shearing.Summarizing the key features of hydraulic and pneumatic type of high-speed shear for bar, finished the optimization of the mathematic model of dynamic system of accelerating and pressurizing course, obtain the equations of motion. Analyzing the accelerating and pressurizing course by means of software of MATLAB, draw the conclusion that there are flaws in the designing of the structure, optimize the related components, and determine the parameters of accelerators which provide power for accelerating and pressurizing course.Analyze the states of motion of hydraulic and pneumatic type of high-speed shear for bar, get the function of force for the two courses. Compose the codes of the function, the analysis of the equipment in the perspective of kinetics by utilizing ADAMS is studied as the highlight of this paper. The results show: the accumulator for accelerating course can provide enough power to meet the requirement of speed;high-press pump can provide sufficient hydraulic liquid to make bar sheared;the cavity full of high-press oil and the cavity for compensation can make the piston buffer well;the low pressure cavity realize the reset of the piston.The results of study indicate: the principles of the hydraulic and pneumatic type of high-speed shear optimized are rational, the dynamical system and structure can meet the requirement of high-speed shearing. The advantages such as wide range of products, high efficiency and convenience to operate ensure the equipment has great value of general application.
