Gas is harmful in coal mine, and it severely damages the safety of miners' life and the national estate. Methane explosion was the main cause of coalmine accidents. Commonly coalmine accident happens in the production process of the small scale coal mine. With the increase demand of preventing gas calamities, the research of gas deflation in coal mine is developed quickly. To dilute gas concentration, most coal mine use local fan ventilate, and decrease the possibility of fire damp explosion. Therefore, According to the actual circumstance of the coal mine, the relation of ventilation quantity of the auxiliary fan and variety of gas consistency in the driving drift is analyzed in this paper. A high performance double auxiliary fan control system is designed for small scale colliery based on the DSP chip TMS320LF2407A with lesser hardware support and more safety in production of coalmine. It is aiming at solving the difficult problem of production accidents caused by gas concentration in working face, flow entrance and air return gateway exceeding standard and a wrong humanly switching on.Coal mine ventilate method is discussed in details in this paper, and the operation principle of this system is analyzed. A doable design is presented, the function of switching the main and vice local fan, and function of disposing gas overrun etc are realized. The choosing of the system realized method, the realization of the hardware and software, the reliability and anti-jamming characteristic of the whole system are also proposed. To realize the design of the low power consumption, all hardware parts adopted in this design are low power consumption, and low power consumption software design thought is used. Finally the design is emulated by PSPICE to validate its validity.The ventilation system is compact design by using integrated hardware circuit materials, using powerful DSP processing capacity, combining with blocking programming methods, taking full advantage of the software resources, programming by C in integrated software packages CCS2.0, and the control and protection functions is improved, while system...
