Study On Synthesis Of Solanesol

Solanesol has a good effect on anti-bioaction, anti-bacterium and diminishing inflammation , which is an important intermediate of producing CoQ₁₀, Vitamin K₂ and SDB_o At present ,the solanesol is extracted from tobacco. In the paper ,the synthetic method is reported and the high pure solanesol is hoped to be produced in the future. At the meantime, the novel synthetic way of which the key intermediate[(trans-3-methyl-4-hydroxy(bromo)-2-butenyl)oxymethylbenzene, all trans-8-hydroxy(bromo)geranyl acetate ] and solanesol have produced ,has also been described in the paper.There are five parts in the paper:Chapter 1 has reviewed the nature,useness,production,and market prospect of solanesol.Chapter 2 has analysized the conversly synthetic means of solanesol and designed novelly synthetic routes of solanesol and key intermediateChapter 3 has summarized the preparation of trans-(3-methyl-4-hydroxy (bromo)-2-butenyl )oxy methyl benzeneIn chapter 4 ,a novel technology of important intermediate(all trans-8-bromo geranyl acetate),which is suitable for industrial procedure , was found .meanwhile,an another new way has been invented ,of which the key intermediate (all trans-8-hydroxy geranyl acetate) has been produced.In chapter 5,the synthesis of solanesol was described.
