China's coal reserves are huge, and thin coal seams has occupied a large part of the reserves, so that thin-seam mining constitutes an integral part of China's coal outputShearer is the most widely mining machinery that applied on fully mechanized working face of coal underground ,their performance will be directly related to the life safety of personnel and underground coal production.From this reality, in the hydraulic system of MG100/240-BW shearer haulage unit has a full understanding, based on the main circuit of the system carried out a detailed study. In haulage main loop, establishing electro-hydraulic servo that controls pump angular,the main hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motor and the long lines transfer function model between pump and motor and power of bond graph model, using the mathematic model, in Matlab and 20-sim firstly make the simulation analysis in time domain and frequency domain. Secondly because of downhole working environment is very bad, the hydraulic traction shearer will be influenced by various loads, we make simulation analysis to system under the action of laplace domain signals and so on, through the simulation analysis and research, the dynamic characteristics of the system is obtained, and to analysis simulation results ,through changing some system parameters, summarize the intrinsic parameters of the system,coupling interference and the main circuit piping dynamic influence rule to dynamic characteristics of the system, and provide a certain reference value for haulage of hydraulic system design and improvement.
