The economic value of theginseng is very high and comprehensive exploitation has the foregroundamplitude. Along with the raising continuously of our country's Livinglevel and health care consciousness, the demand of the ginseng is alsorising year by year. However the consumer has worry in uncertainty tothe domestic ginseng in the quantity aspect. The developing productionof domestic ginseng need solve urgently. How to raising and solving theappearance of perplexity in the marketing and how to let consumer accept,is also need to solve urgently in profession and business enterprise.Developing the ginseng production can accumulate funds for the village,promote agriculture produce and also provide a path for the fitplanting region that took down the poverty to amass a fortune. It isthe development trend of the social production that using the machineequipments helps the human work, raising the productivity and attainingto produce the automation. In agricultural product processing, thecomputer control system mainly used in automatic examination for foodprocessing and the animal feed processing system. In the produce realmof the ginseng planting and processing, the application of the computercontrol system still is almost blank.This thesis studies a remote control system in ginseng productionand provides a solving path in ginseng processing. The control systemthat this thesis studied spreads the sensor to examine various signals(such as light intensity, temperature, humidity etc.) in the productionline and feedback in time to main control terminal for analyticalcontrol, and combine the homologous control logic at the same time.Under the condition of no man, the operation system controls the ginsengproduction line and alarm automatically.With analyzing the request of the production that the ginsengs werepanted in sheds, the GAP criterion and the technique advantage of GPRSnetwork, combining the remote control technique and the computertechniques, The thesis putting forward a whole set of the remote controlsystem solution of the ginseng processing based on GPRS. The remotecontrol system describes the realizing method and the principles indetail. The remote control system in ginseng production is divided intotwo parts of hardware and software on the structure. The hardware partinclude mainly several parts as follows: computer control terminal,network of internet, network of GPRS, the locale control terminal andtemperature sensor, humidity sensor and illumination sensor etc. Thesoftware part contains as follows: the main control software and remotecontrol software which has good graphical user interface, can transmitfleetly data and controls command, save the received data and managethe data. Thus the remote control system carries out the collection anddisplay of the spot data, the processes of the control parameter andcompletes the function of the remote control.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1) With the analysis to the ginseng GAP processing, this thesisprobe into the detailed producing process of the ginseng, and discussthe structure of the remote control system of the ginseng in detail.With the remote monitor and control system, the whole production processfrom plant to product can be monitored and controlled. The quality ofthe ginseng also can be controlled. The remote control system of ginsengincludes the computer hardware equipments, the control software andcommunication network on the structure.(2) This thesis discuss the characteristic of GPRS, and set up thecomputer remote control network based on it's foundation, and carry outthe communication of the remote control, by making use of the relatedhardware and software protocol. GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)is a kind of new loading business by developing the system of GSM. Itmainly used for the wireless communication, and can deliver the soundand data. The network of GPRS is the popular technique currently ofinternet connection. GPRS is the standard of packet radio transmissionon the GSM system. Along with the development of the internet and theuniversality of the ambulation correspondences, the technique of GPRShas a very vast Foreground.(3) With the study of the remote control system, this thesis carriesout the design of the remote control system of the ginseng productionand tests it.Last the sub-system of the ginseng plant has been carried onexperiment with the remote control system of the ginseng in theenvironment of ginseng production. The result enunciation: the controlsystem has the good maneuverability, stability and certainly practicalvalue. Although the remote control system in ginseng production takethe ginseng as research object, it is suitable for production of otheragriculture products processing. According to the dissimilarity of thecontrol object, the system can make a necessary adjustment throughchanging the limit value of various parameters. Therefore, this systemhas significant value in general use and mobility.
