| Based on reviewing the history and the present situation of study on the production and performance of light-weight worsted fabrics, the article raises the existing problems during the production process of light-weight worsted fabrics and the tailoring process of garment fabrics, which are taken as research object, and it analyzes the relationship between the structural parameters and individual or comprehensive performance of light-weight worsted fabrics. By applying the method of mathematic statistics and theoretical analysis, it educes the relation curve and regression equation between the structural parameters and individual performance of light-weight worsted fabrics. By the cluster analysis of sample, it educes the influence degree between the structural parameters and comprehensive performance of light-weight worsted fabrics. By the cluster analysis of variables, it educes the correlation between performances of light-weight worsted fabrics. In addition, by the cluster analysis the article educes the relationship between the performance of fabric and formability index which is tested by FAST testing system. |
