Study On Injecting Mould Module CAD Technology Based On Function

The modern molding belongs to equipment industry with high-tech and large fund. Injection mould is an embranchment of molding industry. With the wide use of plastic product, injecting mould is developing rapidly. The style of designing mould with CAD software is adopted popularly. It improves the design efficiency and relieves work intension. Injection mould's production is arranged by the order. Its characteristics are small batch, many variety, short cycle. Furthermore, the system of the classifying and building functional module is created according to character of the injection mould. The method of the building module model is presented through researching on product model. A new system model which can restructure the functional module of the injection mould design technology is created. It is the base for module design, manufacture and simulation system of the injection mould.The coding system of functional module is created. And database management system of the injection mould product library is created on the platform of ACCESS. So the customers can mange the mould structure data efficiently: exactly inquiring and adding data information real time. It can improve the reuse of the design data.The ITEM saving function of the moldbase structure is introduced. Based on CADCEUS software, the functional module of injecting module, ejection mechanism, ejection mechanism is exploited.
