In this thesis, the effects of adding the third additive and the fourth additive in the preparation process of PET on configuration and properties of the fibers are studied. The improvements have been made on the machine of TK48 and TK61 in order to spin ECDP fiber. According to the demand of consumers, the production technics of ECDP fiber are studied and optimized. The reasons of problems in producing have been analyzed and the solutions to the problems have been given. The industry production of ECDP fiber in the big product line of 15,000 tons per year is firstly realized in domestic factory, and huge economic benefit is gained.The studying results prove that the ECDP fiber has excellent properties. In normal temperature and normal pressure, the adsorption and spread of dye are increased and the dye ratio is improved.The properties of ECDP fiber depend on the spinning condition. Orientation degree is enhanced with the wind pressure's rising. Cool pull decrease with the circle wind pressure's rising. Section disproportion declines firstly and increases subsequently. The effect of wind temperature is less than that of the wind speed. Intensity declines with the draught multiple's decreasing. The crystallizability of ECDP fibre is weaker, which leads to lower crystal speed, higher crystal temperature and decrease in crystal orientation. The crystal degree could be improved by enhancing the draught multiple. The structure of 3.33dtex ECDP fiber is incompact and its softening point is lower than PET. Because of the bigger single fibre's diameter, more space is occupied at the same Tex. The being packed phenomenon is lessened by increasing the clearance between the two curling rolls from 0.1mm to 0.14mm. ECDP fiber curling degree and curling amount distinctly decrease with the exit pressure's declining and is related with the temperature changing of water in the roll. When the temperature of water is adjusted from 80℃to 60℃, the curling quality is improved, and the being packed question of curling is solved. The accurately temperature controlling of each roller is improved by rebuilding the draining valve's net and type. Leaking fiber problem is solved through mending the airproof of baling machine. The laying fiber effect is improved to the whole production line by mending the gathering frame's hole freely, and the flaw in the process of being draught is lessened effectively. Expanding effect through ejecting hole is enhanced by designing the L/∮and angle,and preferable hollow degree is reached.
