Research On Remote Supporting Technology Of Web-based NC System

In order to adapt to the development trend of manufacturing open-arichitecture and network, it has great realistic significance for the study on application of Web technology to NC machining. The thesis researches on the Web-based remote supporting technology, and carries on development and realization of the NC service system.First the thesis analyses the network topology structure and function demands of the Web-based NC system; then brings forward the architecture of 3-tier Browser/Server (B/S) model and function model for NC service system, which satisfies with the function demands of networked NC system; finally focuses on the key technology which is used to realize the most functions of the web-based NC service system, and develops the each function module by adopting main software technology of Java-based JSP, Servlet and JavaBean.The application of NC service system in the local network is proved feasible, which lays the foundation for the realization of networked NC machining.
