The security is one kind of basic demand of people. Safety is not only the life, but also happiness. The state economic development, the lives of the people quality safeguard, social stability and prosperity all must depend on the security. The safety in production is the cornerstone of national security and the social steady. Also it is the foundation and the condition of the productive forces development. The Communist Party of China and government have always attached importance to production safety, the state legal system, structure, input mechanism and have taken a series of measures to improve safety at work. It is regrettable that the momentum of frequent accidents can not be very effective deterrent. One of the most important reasons is that the people one-sidedly pursue the economical efficiency while neglect the safety in enterprises. Safety issue is not just a management problem, but also moral issues.The construction of a modern enterprise's security ethical is necessity and urgency. It is not only the inevitable demand of social harmony and stability, but also the demand of SA8000 certified according to international standards and China's entry into the WTO system. And the market economy is also improving requirements. But looking at the modern enterprise security ethics, the problem exists to varying degrees in some areas. Lack of business ethics is not only a threat to the safety of people's lives and health rights, but affects the survival and development of enterprises and even affects the market order and social harmony and stability.Looked from the enterprise security ethics construction flaw present situation that, construction security ethics is the realistic summon, because of the security morals regarding national, enterprise's safety control, has the function regarding individual security behavior which cannot be substituted. For society, security ethic means hominess. For individual, security morality is indispensable. For enterprise (or other organization), the security ethics is an important management tool. Therefore, the building of enterprise security ethics is imperative.Finally I proposed my own opinion of this article on the enterprise security ethics construction principle, the standard as well as the way. Therefore the construction of enterprise security ethics morals is imperative.
