Study On The Truck Carrying Computation And Monitoring System Of Open Pit

With the rapid development of science and technology, the truck automation and informationization construction of open pit have developed greatly. The truck carrying computation and monitoring system of open pit based on GIS/GPS/GPRS is one that adopts GIS as the information system platform, GPS as vehicle positioning means and GPRS as wireless data transmission means. This paper has studied truck carrying computation and monitoring system and its relevant technologies on the basis of previous research results, and its main content is summed up as follows:(1) This paper analyzes the positioning means, transmission means and GIS technologies that can be adopted in a truck carrying computation and monitoring system, and then purposes to select GIS/GPS/GPRS technology to integrate the truck carrying computation and monitoring system.(2) The truck carrying computation is one part of open pit daily production management work .Generally, it can be computed by the artificial method which often causes the big error. This paper proposed the truck carrying computation model based on the GPS technology. By the trucks GPS orientation data, the model can automatically compute the times of trucks carrying and the times of excavators loading. This algorithm is simple and easy to realize.(3) On the basis of relevant theoretical research, the whole architecture of truck carrying computation and monitoring system is designed, and software modules of the truck carrying computation and monitoring system have been realized.(4) According to actual situation of SanDaoZhuang open pit of Luoyang Luanchuan Molybdenum Industry Group.Inc, the system has been deployed. After installment, test and debugging, this system has reached the expected goal.Although this system has been applied to SanDaoZhuang open pit, it also can be applied to other open pits to improve the level of mine enterprise's management.
