Research On Remort Monitoring System Of CNC Machine Based On GPRS

When we entered the era of automation of CNC machining,CNC machine tools with a large number of time will be more and more keep up with the times,so we are thinking about how to provide a better improvement of CNC machine tool automation is not new,for example,can be achieved by monitoring the distance to achieve automation of unmanned production workshop etc..But because the machine itself has great difference,such as the difference of the CNC machine tools has given us many problems,so we have to consider what method can be not the same as the CNC machine tool through the network connection is reliable and stable,and can do some reform in the realization of automation of CNC production no,so we can through these changes so that we can improve enterprises more efficient and more reliable production.Therefore,we are trying to achieve the above problems,and then put forward the design idea of this paper.It is through remote monitoring way,in the remote monitoring of enterprise field equipment processing,when we found in the remote service center site CNC machine tool problems,we can more quickly notify the scene of the enterprise.Of course,we will also carry out the detailed introduction and the analysis of why the remote monitoring of CNC machine tool equipment to use the GPRS network design,through the GPRS network to realize the technology,production workshop automation control,and can be more widely promoted CNC production enterprises to meet the conditions,for none of us can achieve automatic production do the preparatory work.In this paper,the design is the first to explain how modern CNC machine tools for remote control,that is,remote monitoring of the overall design of a brief explanation.Then the modern CNC machine tools.the monitoring site monitoring design,design of PC machine to the remote monitoring center of hardware and software,and finally how the GPRS network will be the two mutually connected.To connect through the GPRS,you need to determine how to establish the agreement on the GPRS,how to connect the relevant GPRS hardware devices,and how to set the software parameters,and so on to achieve GPRS control.The remote monitoring system based on GPRS network makes full use of the two-way transmission function of data,realizes remote monitoring and collection of all kinds of numerical control equipment.The corresponding time monitoring system in general will exist transmission complex,small transmission range,communication time and send data can not keep up the pace,such as these problems will be solved by GPRS,so the research significance and value we are very relevant and effective use of GPRS network,made a major breakthrough as we realize unmanned automatic production CNC machine tool.
