Studies On Absorption And Separation For CAMP From Ziziphus Jujube

With the research and development of natural products, their functional components had been the key raw material of Health Food. The cAMP in Zizipus jujube has the function of calmness, depress the blood pressure, protect the liver and improved the immunity of human body et al. So it is useful for us to study on the absorption and separation for cAMP from Zizipus jujube, and it has observable economic and social benefit .With the help of HPLC, the study analyzed the Zizipus jujube, bought from local market, the academic analyze and experimental result shows that:(1) In the ten analyzed Zizipus jujube from different place, the content of small Zizipus jujube from Cangzhou is the highest, is 136.55mg/kg, the second is small Zizipus jujube from Shandong, the third is small Zizipus jujube from Laoling.(2) The technology of distill was researched. By the Multivariate analysis and Orthogonal experiments, the technical conditions for the distillment are as follows: dried Zizipus jujube, cut to pieces, adding 70% enthanol by 1:3, 80℃extract by circulating reflux 1h. The yield of extraction is 99.37mg/kg.(3) The technology on absorption and separation was researched. By the Multivariate analysis and Orthogonal experiments, the technical conditions for the absorption and separation are as follows: pH 4.5 , concentration of original sample 0.5mg/mL ,sample absorbing rate 2BV/h ,maximum absorption 10BV; the suitable desorption solvent is 0.05mol/L ammonia ,17BV.(4) All the filtrates were combined and evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure by rotary evaporation. The yield of crude product extracted by using XAD 7HP is 3.55% of cAMP.
