The Primary Study On The Eco-Construction Planning For Typical Counties

It must not be neglected that there are some serious environmental problems duringthe course of building a well-off society in China. It is a base element of making anefficient eco-construction planning for counties to realize the sustainable development inwhole country.In the first part the concept and the development of ecological planning in countyarea in domain and abroad were reviewed. Based on the results of other people, thefundamental theories of ecological planning——ecology theory,sustainable developmenttheory,industrial ecology basing on circular economy,ecological sociality theory and thebasic principles of ecological planning in county area were analyzed in detail. And then,Jinxiang County and Rencheng District were taken as examples to analyze and discuss theexperiment of ecological planning in these two typical agriculture and suburban counties.According to their respective characteristics of the environment, society and economy,their advantageous factors and disadvantageous factors on ecological construction wereanalyzed and also their ecological planning goals and index systems were established. Byestablishing the evaluation model with Multi-level Recursion, the eco-construction indexsystem of these two counties were analyzed and evaluated comprehensively by means ofAnalytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). At last, according to the result of evaluation, thethoughts and strategies for the ecological construction of Jinxiang County and RenchengDistrict are presented from three aspects of ecology environment construction, ecologyindustry construction and ecology society construction. Our research will be helpful forthe ecological construction of the Jinxiang County and Rencheng District. It gives avaluable reference for the ecological planning in county area.
