Works including the extraction of triterpenoids derived from ganoderma lucidum have been reported in this paper.The triterpenoids are seperated by the high performance preparative liquid chromatography after purified.1. So as to abstract triterpenoids in ganoderma lucidum,we set up spectrophotometric methods to determine the grand total of the triterpenoids in ganoderma lucidum, vanilla,oil of vitriol react with ganoderma acids, served as detect sample to determine the grand total of the triterpenoid.the result of experiment showed that the maximum absorption of the system, the temperature of coloring,reaction time. the linear regression equation,linear range detection limit.the precision RSD and the rate of recovery.2. The best conditions and methods of extracting triterpenoids are indentified through comparing the effects of differient solvents and methods.such as immersed extraction, circumfluence, dull circumfluence extraction and ultrasonic wave extraction.the comparative experiments showed that less amounts of various solvents and shorter extraction time were needed for ultrasonic circulation extraction,the ultrasonic circulation technique has a potential application to the extraction of triterpenoids from ganoderma.lucidum.3. The triterpenoids are seperated and purified. the best expanding solvent system used in the analysis of thin-layer chromatography is selected through comparing the seperation of different solvent systems with different polarity.the results not only confirm the polarity of triterpenoids in ganoderma lucidum.but also can be used to select the composition of mobile phase in the seperation by chromatography.4. The best seperation condition of high performance preparative liquid chromatography is selected and identified through comparing the composing of mobile phase,flowrate and so on. by comparing the ionic fragments of MS and retention time of each peak,the main active components in compound dandelion enema were determined.
