Ganoderma lucidum is the precious Chinese tradition medicine. Modern pharmacological studies show that, Ganoderma lucidum have immune adjustment, antitumor, antithrombotic, antioxidation, antivirus, resist radiation, protect liver, reduce blood pressure and other pharmacological functions. In recent years, due to the short production cycle and nutrient-rich culture and easy to collection, Ganoderma lucidum cultured in liquid medium get more and more attention. A lot of researches have done on the breeding of high strain, fermentation medium, fermentaion condition and fermentation process optimizing. Previous research has shown that add accelerators can enhance the biosythesis of active ingredients (Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and Ganoderma lucidum acid), and Coix lacryma-jobi is one of the best accelerators. In this study, Coix lacryma-jobi oil and Coixenolide as the accelerators, which were extracted from Coix lacryma-jobi, their effections on submerged fermentation were studied and the enhancement mechanism was revealed. The results are as follows:1.Investigate the effections of Coix lacryma-jobi oil with different mounts (0.5%.1%、2%and4%) and different addition times (0h.24h、48h and96h) on submerged fermentation of Ganoderma Lucidum show that, add2%Coix lacryma-jobi oil at the beginning was the best condition. Coix lacryma-jobi oil can promote the growth of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium and the production of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and Ganoderma lucidum acid, but different concentrations and different addtion times have different influence on them. By analyse the polysaccharides, it found that after add Coix lacryma-jobi oil there was no significant difference in ingredient of IPS and EPS, but the concentration of EPS ingredient had significant difference. Coix lacryma-jobi oil can inhibit the activity of PGI, enhance the activity of PGM, Thus promoting the glycolytic pathway to the polysaccharide synthesis direction.2. Investigate the effections of Coixenolide with different mounts (0.05%,0.1%、0.2%.0.5%and1%) and different addition times (Oh.24h、48h and96h) on submerged fermentation of Ganoderma Lucidum show that, add0.2%Coixenolide at the24h was the best condition. Coixenolide can promote the growth of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium and the production of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and Ganoderma lucidum acid, however different concentrations and different addtion times have different influence on cell growth, polysaccharide production and Ganoderma lucidum acid production. By analyse the polysaccharides, there was no significant difference about IPS’s Components, but significant differences about EPS’s Components. Coixenolide can inhibit the activity of PGI, at the same time enhance the activity of PGM. Thus promoting the glycolytic pathway to the polysaccharide synthesis direction.
