Analysis Of Pollution Footprint In Industrial Product Trade

With the speeding up of the economical globalization and the increasing trade liberalization degree, environmental protection evolves to a global question along with the capital and the commodity's international flowing. The pollution industry, the deleterious substance and the waste trash's transfer nationally. Many renewable resources gradually dry up. All these questions are given more and more attention in academic circle. The industry product is the absolutely main body of foreign trade.10 billion trade surpluses possibly can create very big pollution cost every year.Firstly, by way of summarizing the pollution problem in international trade and pointing out the deficiencies of current study, the article brought forward its research content. Secondly, from the concept of pollution footprint, based on industrial input-output analysis, we use pollution data and trading data of Wuxi to calculate pollution indexes. Main indexes: full pollution coefficient; pollution footprint; pollution index;original department of pollution footprint. Also, the article discussed the win-to-win question between economic and environmental benefits and exportation guidance economy and environment cost. Then, we compared indexes among Wuxi, Jiangsu province and China. We found differences between them and use the method of dynamic comparative analysis.According to the analysis above, our country transferred pollution footprint overseas although with a trade plus in industry products during researching period. But we still exported high pollution and high exhaustion product. Exportation increased with high pollution. Finally, based on the conclusions and joined with environment and trade policy, the article proposed our country's choices under the background of resource conservation and environment friendly society from the government and enterprise two angles, and provided feasible suggestion for the coordinated development of trade and environment.
