Research On Coalmine Safety Diversity Management Management

Mining industry plays an important role in the country economy development, and safety is the ultimate guarantee of mining industry's stable, persistent, and fast development. However, at recent years, many fatal and disastrous accidents occur frequently and badly threaten the miners' safety. Safety management is the major measure to realize safe production in coalmines. In order to do safety management well and eliminate accidents, we must adopt advanced management theory and proper methods system.The thesis investigates the internal and overseas present safety management, and sets forth a new safety management method in coalmine by using the theory of grade administrative levels and dissipation structure theory and combining the philosophical analysis of diversity according to the problems existing in current safety management, that is, coalmine safety diversity management method. The method establishes an interrelated while independent model includes three grades in vertical structure, namely, man, thing (machine and production environment), and system structure. The paper analyzes the significant function which the factor of man plays in safety production, discusses the causation of man's unsafe behavior, and researches the way that how to manage and control man's behavior during producing. It establishes man's behavior closed-cycle controlling system, and perfects the man's integrated management from three aspects, namely, controlling beforehand, controlling during production, and controlling afterwards. Further more, the thesis researches the disposing method of hidden troubles, establishes safety coalmine accident hidden troubles classified checking and disposing closed-cycle management method, sets forth the diversity management thought about man, machine and production environment, and analyzes the grade of system structure's managing contents.The method makes the grades of safety management clearly, and it analyzes and masters the relationship among every factors which influencing safety. In short, safety diversity management is propitious to make the whole safety management system optimized, and it can advance the level of safety management.
