Design And Research Of Die-Casting Machine Control Based On PC-Control System

Die casting industry have a wild application in recent worlds. How to develop the Die casting machine into higher performance is an hot topic around manufacturing industry. In this paper, we concern about researching Die casting control system based on PC-Control automation engineering, make an overview on current situation and future of Die casting industry. Discuss the characteristics and application of PC-Control system and its structure and functions .The major contributions of this thesis are as follows.Based on the relationship between die casting industry and automobile technology development .we need more effective control system to take care about the completely real-time producing process.With the development of Automobile, we need an open system can update the construction to matching the technical development .and for speed up the HMI data exchange. so we adopt the Beckhoff control system to solve this problem. Beckhoff control system uses ads.ocx data interface to speed up the data communication and be good at the construction expansion.Running the control system in IPC (industry computer)-- Can apply the system in more wild field and harder environment Can make the convince for the technician diagnosing the problem of the machine and test to running without connect a laptop. And beside those we can use this system in another field-bus communication by insert suitable bus card.The successful application strongly prove this new technology can be popular used in automobile industry and another industry that use light alloy products.
