The Research Of Resource Environmental Bearing-Capacity Of Western-China

China's Eleventh-Five Plan(from 2006 to 2010) has brought forwand that the resource environmental bearing capacity is one of the important basis to main body function division, and it is also the core content to build up resource saving and pro-environmental society. Under the guidance of scientific development viewpoint, this article uses sustainable development theory, ecological footprint theory to research the resource environmental bearing capacity of Western-China.This article gives out a relatively clear resource environmental bearing capacity bounderies to definition, concept, character by the comparatively analyzing. The author thinks that the resource environmental bearing capacity is a definition which contains resource and environment facters. Besides, The thesis have carried out an exploration to build up the evaluation index system through layer-upon-layer decomposition to resource and environment. And then, the article have ascertained the index system using land resources, water resource, mineral resources, economy resource index to represent the resource kind indexes, and using the atmospher environment, water environment, solid waste environment to represent the invironment kind indexes. After making sure the index system, the thesis analyses the relevent methods by studying home and abroad reference, and finally chooses the vector projection method as the mathematic model to evaluate the resource environmental bearing capacity of Western-China.This paper is allocated together for five parts. Part I is the forward which contains the background and meaning of thesis selection, the object and content of this article and the main methods of research. Part II brings forward the research fundamental category, including the concept analysis and theory basis of resource environmental bearing-capacity. Part III analyses the resource and environment situation of Westem-China. Part IV is estimated the resource environmental bearing-capacity of 12 western regions by the selected evaluation index and math's model, and has carried on the confirmation analysis with the qualitative way to it. Part V gives several measures to lift up Western-China's resource environmental bearing-capacity.
