Research Of Evaluation On Emergency Capability Of Production Accidents In Petrochemical Enterprise

With the construction of emergency capability receives all trades' attention in our country progressively, more and more petrochemical enterprises start to increase work power of emergency capability construction, in order to reduce losses of production accidents. The research on evaluation of emergency capability of production accidents, which is the important part of the emergency capability construction in petrochemical enterprise has significant meanings in theory and practice. At present there is not a perfect evaluation system of emergency capability of petrochemical enterprise in our country. In connection with which, the preliminary study is tried to probe AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the application in the respect of evaluating emergency capability in petrochemical enterprise, which provides a new thinking of emergency capability evaluation. The detailed analysis on characteristics of production and accident of petrochemical enterprise is firstly carried out in this dissertation. Then the index system of emergency capability evaluation of production accidents in petrochemical enterprise which is revised many times by the method of Delphi is created. Meanwhile AHP method is used to define weight of all factors of the index system in this paper. Secondly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is expounded and the concrete procedures of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of emergency capability of production accidents in petrochemical enterprise have been designed. As the result of a kind of tentative discussion and study, there are some shortcomings which need some further and deeper research and discussion in the future. Finally the practical application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of emergency capability of production accidents went on in Jilin petrochemical enterprise. This evaluation analyses the level of emergency capability of production accidents in this enterprise quantitatively. The evaluation result can provide some suggestions to the sustainable construction of emergency capability of production accidents.
