Firstly, based on discussion about the connotation and composition, the safety evaluation principles and methods of petrochemical enterprise safety culture, according to the national safety standardization and related theory of safety culture, constructed the evaluation index system of petrochemical enterprise safety culture, and analyzed each safety culture index. Used AHP to determine the index weight, and then applied fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out evaluation and analysis of petrochemical enterprise safety culture.According to the national safety standardization and related theory of safety culture, constructed an evaluation index system of petrochemical enterprise safety culture, and analyzed each safety culture index, And constructed the evaluation model that consisted of 26 safety evaluation indexes and included 7 aspects (safety substance culture, safety conduct culture, safety system culture, safety conception culture, safety economic culture, the persistence of safety culture of the system, the openness safety culture of the system).Finally, applied the model in evaluation of the situations of safety culture construction in a petrochemical enterprise, reached the evaluation level of safety culture, and proposed the way and method to improve enterprises safety culture, provided the basis for decision making of promoting the safety culture construction.
