Shenfu mining area is one of the China's major base of coal production, its'coal is famous in the world because of high-quality, low-temperature carbonization, high heat, environmental protection, and easily liquefied , pertains to the driving force and chemical quality of coal. The mining area lie in the loess plateau in northern Shaanxi and Maowusu sandland complex transition zone, dry, sand, vegetation covered low of arid and great sand blown by wind ,so it is semi-arid areas of the fragile ecological environment. Since the 1980s, the mining area has started large-scale exploitation and made important contributions to development of the local economy. With large-scale mining has brought a series of land damage, water damage, increased desertification, soil pollution, destruction of vegetation, such as ecological problems, and in some mountainous areas has also caused geological disasters such as. landslides, mud-rock flows and so on.According to the status in quo of mining subsidence damage, topography, geomorphology and special geographical location and environment conditions in the mining area, base on the analysis of mining subsidence damage types and characteristics of the mining area, on the mining area to the extent of mining subsidence damage zoning classification defined, And gives an evaluation classification and determinant conditions of the Shenfu mining damage, provides the basis for Ecological Environmental Governance. According to ecological environment conditions in the mining area are unique, brings forward the ecological system of the Shenfu mining area and filled reclamation technology which is the redevelopment of coal mining subsidence cracks and collapse pits; Through filtrating vegetables of the Pioneer mine, determines the appropriate mining area in northern Shaanxi special soil environment of plants; Integrating of the topography unit district in the mining area, to sand, sand dunes, ravine, gullies plateau district and the land reclamation and ecological reconstruction mode; The thesis also bases on the theory of sustainable development, from effective use of resources environmental protection and economical development on the three aspects of sustainable development mining area discusses ways for building a "green mining area" to provide a reliable and practical theory.
