Present Situation Evaluation And Study On Countermeasures Of Ecology Construction In Fu Zhou City

As an economic, social and natural complex ecosystem, city plays an important supporting role in the civil economic and social development in a region. In the accelerating process urbanization and industrialization of China, "ecological city" concept has been developing rapidly. As a new model of urban development, eco-city has been flourishing in the world. The development of ecological city is to solve the "urban diseases" such as population expansion, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, shortage of resources, and other ecological problems caused by traditional development model of the city. Its ultimate goal is to strive to create social harmony, economic efficiency, and ecological virtuous circle of human settlements through the organic combination of social and economic development and the construction of the ecological environment, which is a well harmony between man and nature to the sustainable development of the new city mode. Therefore, the construction of eco-city is considered to be the best way to solve the crisis of urban ecological environment and get rid of predicament of urban development. The research on the construction of eco-city of Fuzhou is in the guidance of scientific concept of development, adheres to the value orientation of ecological civilization, and makes full use of the theory of ecological civilization on the harmony, symbiotic co-prosperity and common development of the complex system of nature, man and society, and is to promote the sustainable development of Fuzhou through promoting the construction of natural systems, human systems and social systems.This paper points out the actual situation of Fu Zhou ecological construction has lagged behind the request of the eco-city development. Based on the theories of ecological civilization, ecological productivity and sustainable urban development, cyclic economy, the theories and methods of ecology, urban ecology, resource and environmental economics, and other related disciplines theories and methods, a regional ecological assessment model of urban construction of Fuzhou is established. The model is also based on the in-depth analysis of the city's ecological construction of Fuzhou and the requirements in accordance with the complex ecosystem of nature, man and society. Meanwhile, using methods of GIS and Analytic Hierarchy Process, the paper compares the eco-city construction of Fuzhou and its surrounding region, brings forward the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of Strengthening the building of ecological civilization, developing recycling economy and building a harmonious society, Promoting the sustainable development of cities and the like.
