Research On Environmental Impact Assessment On Solid Waste For Project

The increase of population and the rapid development of society and economy make the output of solid waste increased drastically year by year. The impact of solid waste on environment and human's health is getting worse with each passing day. Now the entire society pays close attention to control and administer the pollution. Therefore, it is extremely necessary for solid waste to carry out environmental impact assessment. Carrying out environmental impact assessment on solid waste may adjust people's conduct, harmonize the relation between human society and the natural environment and make environmental quality satisfied the human society's sustainable development need.At first, the thesis sets forth the necessity and studying significance of environmental impact assessment on solid waste, and introduces the domestic and overseas development and present situation of environmental impact assessment on solid waste. Then it expounds the basic theories of solid waste and environmental impact assessment and common methods of environmental impact assessment on solid waste: index evaluation method,specialist evaluation method,result-cost evaluation method and network method. On these bases, the thesis puts forward the evaluation index system of environmental impact assessment on solid waste and the evaluation methods: analysis hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the thesis introduces the fundamental condition of new campus project of Tianjin University of Technology. On the basis of having analyzed the characteristic of the university, according to the evaluation index system of environmental impact assessment on solid waste the thesis uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate this project. The result indicates that the solid waste that the project produces influences the environment very small. The school can bring about the goal constructing a modernized, afforested and ecology campus. At the same time this evaluation has a certain reference function to the other same kind project.
