Research On Land Reclamation Influential Factors Of Mining Area Of Pingdingshan City

Pingdingshan city is the new industrial city which developed along with the coal resource development. Massive coal mining makes great contribution for the economic development of Pingdingshan, simultaneously it also creates serious destruction to the mining area land. Now days, with the more and more serious condition of land resource being scarce, it is necessary to do well in land reclamation of mining area while the mining area is being developed and constructed to realizes sustainable development of economical, social and the ecology. It is of great significance to raise the rate of land resources utilization, to maintain dynamic balance of the total cultivated land in our country, to protect the environment and promote eco-virtuous cycle, to improve the relationship between industry and agriculture and to protect the production and life of the masses of urban residents and farmers.In base of investigation on Pingdingshan city in Henan province , this thesis introduced the present situation of land destruction and land reclamation , summed up the achievements and experience in land reclamation of mining area, and pointed out the problems existing in land reclamation in mining area .In base of literature research and theory explanation on land reclamation and combining the method of Qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis , this thesis this thesis diagnosis and identifies the influential factors of land reclamation in mining area and accordingly put forward the corresponding Countermeasures and suggestions. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) With the development of coal industry, It provide a large number of high-quality energy and raw materials and promote the economic prosperity of the city. At the same time, with the large-scale coal mining since Pingdingshan City built 50 yeas ago, it caused a large area of land destruction, led to the deterioration of land ecosystem, and affected on sustainable use of mining area land.(2) Pingdingshan attached great importance to land reclamation work in recent years. 10732 ha lands has been reclaimed up to 2006. It occupied 56% of the destroyed land area. But there are still 8268 hm~2 lands need to reclaimed. Simultaneously there are quality problems in the reclaimed lands. Along with the coal mining, a large number of newly destroyed land will appear .Calculating according to the Pingdingshan quantity of the raw coal production and the current collapsed area ,if every ten thousand tons coals produce collapsed land 0.24 hm~2 ,it will increase 4270hm~2 just for the collapsed land area calculated by the next ten year estimate total output 180 million tons . Therefore, land reclamation work and land reclamation research of the mining area should continue to be strengthened.(3) The output of the analysis indicated that the main factors affecting Pingdingshan land reclamation are included as follows: economy, technology, management, system and consciousness, of which the factor of economy is especially important. Analysising using the social statistics software SPSS, the result indicated that Pingdingshan land reclamation area is highly related with GDP and the investment of reclamation fund, the correlation coefficient is 0.8627 and 0.9951.We should increase the fund raising dynamics, consummate the management system, perfect the system and the policy, expand the science and technology input, strengthen the restraint and the incentive mechanism to promote the mining area land reclamation and to realize the sustainable use of mining area land in the future.
