Research On Land Reclamation Influential Factors Of Mining Area Of Chenghe

The development and utilization of mineral resources plays a important role in modernsociety and enriches peoples ’ production and life, but it also has caused seriousenvironmental pollution, destruction of the land and developed the human-earth tension,which is particularly serious in China.Reclamation is the way to recover the lands destroyedby the production and construction to the level of use. It has a vital role in Chinese landresource utilization.Chenghe is a mining area land which bases with coal-exploitation, it locates in ShannxiWeibei and has several hundred exploitation history, based on the investigation on this miningarea land, this article showed the present situation of the destruction and pointed out theproblems in reclamation. It also analyses the influential factors in reclamation and offers thecountermeasure and advice on the relative document&literature. Here are the conclusions:(1) With the development of coal industry, Chenghe mining area increases the scale ofcoal-mining. It provides a large number of high-quality energy and raw materials to the localeconomic development. At the same time, it caused a large area of land destruction, led to thedeterioration of land ecosystem, and affected on sustainable use of mining area land.(2) In recent years, Chenghe mining area attached great importance to land reclamationwork and gathered much experience, but also had much deficiency. For example, there arequality problems in reclaimed mining land, and it destructs the new land with the mining.Therefore, land reclamation work and land reclamation research of the mining area shouldcontinue to be strengthened.(3) The output of the analysis indicated that the main factors affecting land reclamationare included as follows: economy, technology, management, of which the fator of economy isespecially important. Using the social statistics software SPSS, the result indicated that landreclamation area is highly related with the investment of reclamation fund.(4) For the complexity of the influential factors of land reclamation, we should increasethe fund raising dynamics, consummate the management system, perfect the system and thepolicy, expand the science and technology input to promote the mining area land reclamationand to realize the sustainable use of mining area land in the future.
