As an important mechanical equipment in printing and dyeing industry,rotary screen printing machine is being in development constantly,with the development of society and the progress of science and technology in recent years.The control system of rotary screen printing machine went through the analog control, digital control, and now became to the industrial control network, the printing accuracy of which was upgrading continuously. Especially the application of industrial control network, which greatly improve the level of automation of industrial control.As an important information network,Ethernet has also been gradually applied in the field of industrial control. We put forward drive printing machine control system based on Industrial Ethernet in this case,system of which is initiative in our country.This article analyzes the historical process of industrial control.this paper also makes detailed introduction of the net printing machine structure and working process.Basing on the analysis,we give detailed analysis on causes of the printing machine printing error.Through the cause of out-sync analysis, we propose the fuzzy PID servo motor control system of printing machine.This paper analyses in detail the feasibility of that industrial Ethernet is used in rotary screen printing machine.And we introduce the industrial Ethernet Ethernet/IP applied in this system which is defined by Rockwell.The application layer of industrial Ethernet is CIP protocol.We make a detailed analysis of the CIP application layer protocol, and which can make real-time data communication and run real-time applications, using data exchange type of Producer / consumer.On the time,application of the expansion of the CIP protocol of CIP Safety, CIP Sync and CIP Motion, which makes the accuracy of clock synchronization network is about 100 ns, fully meet the application in industrial control requirements in real-time, and can be applied to servo control.For rotary screen printing machine, Rotary screen printing machine synchronization is the most important part of control system. Because the printing accuracy of synchronous control directly affects printing machine. This paper analyzes the servo motor control and servo AC motor into the simulation for synchronous motor control in detail and put forward the fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy. This paper analyzes the design of fuzzyPID controller.Based on the above theoretical knowledge of circumstances, In this paper, we detail the design of control system of the rotary screen printing machine based on industrial Ethernet. For the hardware design,we choose the main control system Control Logix5000 control platform of Rockwell, which can complete the Logic control of the rotary screen printing machine and complete servo synchronous control of rotary screen printing machine.The control network of the whole system forms a ring on the connecting of the industrial switches. In software programming, we mainly complete the preparation for rotary screen printing machine vehicle program, including the programming design of fuzzy PID.The article also finishes the design of touch screen HMI PC of the rotary screen printing machine in the field printing machine.
