Rotary screen printing machine is an important equipment currently in printing and dyeing industry.With the introduction of computer-controlled technology,rotary screen printing machine has been rapid developed in every respect,completely changed the traditional printing practices.At present,the international rotary screen printing machine is developing towards the direction of rotary's independent transmission and computer-integrated control,making the accuracy of rotary screen printing machine and labor productivity have been greatly improved,in order to adapt the market's requirements of high performance and high efficiency.In China,rotary screen printing technology was introduced from abroad in the eighties.Over ten years later,the early rotary screen printing machine technology are not suited to the requirements of production,and proposing a scheme of new control system which has independent intellectual property rights is imminent.This paper is based on this environment,to design and develop the high-precision independent servo control system of rotary screen printing machine based on CAN bus.This paper first simply describes the overview of rotary screen printing machine's development and the technological advances of modern rotary screen printing machines.Also the paper introduces the components of the system architecture of rotary screen printing machine,and on the basis of that,analyzes the independent transmission and electrical control systems of rotary screen printing machines in detail,such as the aspects of using PLC as the control core,transmission of independent servo,and the use of field side and control-cabinet side of the system structure.Then,the article details the practical solutions of peripheral control system designed for rotary screen printing machine,including circuit design of magnetic power station,microcontroller-based control panel design,interface circuit based on the CAN bus and the corresponding communication program.The whole peripheral control system highlights the communications efficiency and improves the performance of the entire apparatus,also the experimental results demonstrate the reliability of the peripheral control system.
