Study On The Intelligent Control System Of Rotary Screen Printing Machine

In our country, the rotary screen printing machine is an important printing equipment. With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, especially the development of microprocessor technology, communication technology, the rotary screen printing machine control system is promoted to intelligent direction. For a long time, among the issues topping the enterprises are energy efficiency, energy conservation and emissions reduction. New type of screen printing machine not only reduce emissions but also improving the energy efficiency of the machine. Based on this background study on the intelligent control system of rotary screen printing machine is put forward in this paper.Firstly, it has carried on the overview of rotary screen printing machine, printing process and the main parameters listed. at the same time, the structure and performance of the rotary screen printing machine, the analysis of synchronous control and printing precision have been introduced in detail. Then detailedly analyzed overall design scheme and the key technology of the system.Controllogix 1756 PLC as the core of the system, coordinated management of the whole machine operation. Intelligent terminal consist of the signal adjusting circuit, STM32, network adapter can simultaneous gain multi-channel data. The network adapter as communication bridge connected the intelligent acquisition terminal to the control system. After the completion of the acquisition, the intelligent control of the coating paste and drying room will be realized. Coating paste measurement experiment and measuring principle were introduced, and realized the intelligent control of the drying room by analyzing fuzzy PID control.Control network of the system was designed based on the Ethernet/IP. System is controlled via the Ethernet/IP network, including transmission control command, transmission of data and coordinating the communication between system and each module management. In the aspect of software design using RSLogix5000 software complete the system program design.Finally, the system debugging, including the controllogix controllers communicate with network adapter, the drying room temperature acquisition and the drying room temperature control test. All the experiments are achieved the desired effect. And it also introduces the man-machine interface in detail, then the process parameters can be displayed on the man-machine interface.
