The oil exploitation technology directly affects the exploitation rate of the oil inspace, and the oil exploitation tool is a basic condition to achieve the oil exploitationtechnology. Different geological conditions are corresponding to different oilexploitationtechnologies,and the zonal production is one of themainoil exploitationtechnologies in China now, which can significantly increase oil exploitation rate.However,withthe improvement ofthedistribution exploration ofthe undergroundoilexploration technology, a certain thickness of lithosphere between the oil storageareas andthe casingof oil wells is found,andthislimits theoil exploitationrate.Soanew oil exploitation tool called Underground Horizontally Drilling Machine is putforward to solve this problem. This tool can be moved up and down in the casing ofthe oil well, and can drill in the casing and lateral lithosphere in the horizontaldirection to link the oil well with the nearby oil storage area. This could significantlyreducethedrillingdensity,andimprovetheoil exploitationrateatalowcost.This paper presents a two-level measure-controlling system, which includes aground PC and an underground embedded measure-controlling device, and the keytechnologiesrelatedtomeasure-controllingsystemsareresearched. Mymainwork is:1.After the analysis of the function requirements of theUnderground HorizontalDrillingMachine,the overall designschemeonthemeasure-controllingsystem oftheUnderground Horizontal Drilling Machineis proposed,and the functions of each partarerealized.2.After the analysis of the function requirements of the underground embeddedmeasure-controlling device, a testing device based on a MSP430 microprocessor isdesigned and made, and the feasibility of the design of the data acquisition of thesensor parameters andthe control of the executive facilities (stepping motor, rotatingmotor,gear wheel pump motor) of the Underground Horizontal Drilling Machine areexperimentallyverifed.3. The communication of the ground PC and the underground embeddedmeasure-controlling deviceisstudied,and thehardwaredesignforthe communicationisfinished,the correspondingcommunication program iswritten.
