The Development Of New Type Rubber Protection Wax Serial Products

The research and development of the protecting wax used in rubber with high-performance is a focus in this work.First, the protecting wax prescription is simulated by the MATALAB programe.Then the protecting wax sample are prepaned by the result calculated;and their properties improved by the additives. Finally, the optimum prescription of protecting wax and experimental samples were prepared by researching mole ratio of the reaction reagents and reation condlitions. The property evaluation of the samples,actual application in rubber and industral product of the wax were done.The four kinds of RW protecting wax products are produced, and their properties may be equal to the properties of the advanced wax in the world. The protecting wax products can be applied to the second generation NR/SR rubber material,and should be suitable for some kinds of elastic bodies, and the co-mixture rubber materials of the rubber and plastics.The more than too 600 tons protecting wax produced according to the prescription in our work have been saled.
