Research On The Control System Of Wheel Follow Forming Machine

Aim at developing control system of wheel follow forming machine, the hydraulic proportional system and the CNC control system are included, the modeling and the simulation of the hydraulic proportional system and the software designation of the following forming machine are the forcus in the paper, the programmable Multiple Axis Controller((PMAC) is used in the system and good result has been gotten.Industry PC(IPC) and PMAC form master-slave structure that is adopted in the CNC system, and this structure is regarded as the control center. At first, hydraulic proportional system's important role in the CNC equipment has been shown, the design of hydraulic system and the type selection of hydraulic component are described, the modeling and simulation of hydraulic cylinder controlled by proportional valves are detailed analyzed. Second, the overall frame structure and work principle of the control system for the CNC follow forming machine is introduced, CNC inserted into PC is adopted by the system, control system scheme is adopted, and the advantage of the system is discussed, the closed loop control characteristic of the proportional valve as well as control precision and algorithm are discussed. Techniques of developing have been introduced which adopted VB6.0 to realize system management software and upper computer software of follow forming machine has been developed, PLC programme of PMAC has been developed by PCOMM32, then the programing function of the CNC system has been improved by combined with the CAM of UG. According to the processing technology and part model, the NC programme of the CNC system is developed in the UG/Manufacturing.At last, movement axis control and PID adjustment are analyzed. The system integrate the open CNC and hydraulic proportional control, it is a new, advantaged CNC control hydraulic proportional system.
