The paper evaluate the heat preservation capability of cotton fabric by establishing available temperature rising testing method, then prepare the far-infrared cotton fabric with high ability of temperature rising by finishing process to change the state of getting the high ability of temperature rising by filaturing.After referring to lots of documents related, the paper analyse and compare the temperature rising testing method, then pick up the far-infrared finishing agent with high ability of temperature rising. By testing the temperature rising of cotton fabric treated with different far-infrared finishing agent, the paper choose the CBD-400S for experiment. After adjusting the parameter of the temperature rising method, the paper confirm the best testing method is obtained: in the room with fixed temperature and humidity, keep 45°angle of the far-infrared lamp-house from the sample center and the best distance is 20cm, the thermoscope should be 1.5m distance in front of the sample, the testing point should be adjust to the center of the sample.The paper research on the finishing process to get the best process is to take the far-infrared agent dosage 100g/L, the adhesive agent dosage is10g/L, the penetrating agent is 1g/L, the pH on the fabric is 9. Padding the far-infrared liquid(liquid pick up is 100%)→drying(80℃,3min)→baking(160℃,2min), on this condition the temperature rising can reach 3.8℃, the best impregnation process is to keep liquid temperature in 30℃to 40℃, the far-infrared agent dosage is 10%(owf), the adhesive agent dosage is 1.2%(owf), the penetrating agent is 1.5%(owf), the impregnation time is 20min, the baking temperature is 100℃and the baking time is 20min, on this condition the temperature rising can reach 3.6℃. After finishing process, the physical properties with no obvious change except the handle has little decreasing.The paper also research on the temperature rising by different treatment in advance. The results shows that when the fabric treated under 60 KHz in 40℃liquid for 30min, then finished by far-infrared agent, the temperature rising can reach 3.4℃. The best process of plasma treating is under 100w power, the pressure is 25 Pa and the time of treatment is 5 min, the temperature rising can break through 4.1℃on this condition.The paper put the padding process to practice, the results shows high feasibility of this process. After treated by both soften and far-infrared finishing, the temperature rising can still reach 2.0℃and the temperature rising ability can also be accepted after times of washing.
