Soybean milk skin contains plenty of plant proteins and vitamins and is the essence of bean products. As soybean milk skin becomes more and more popular among consumers, people now are focusing on how to realize the mechanization and automation of soybean milk skin production and processing. Supported by the scientific and technologic project of Zhejiang Province "Research on Key Equipment and Process Technology of Mechanization in Soybean Milk Skin Production", the production equipment is designed in this dissertation according to the processing technology of soybean milk skin and from the view of efficiency and quality improvement, embedded control system is adopted to make key parameters auto-control during the soybean milk skin production process. The major contents of the research and the relative chapters of this dissertation are as follows:In chapter one, the research status of soybean milk skin production is expatiated. The film formation mechanism of soybean milk skin, the key influential factors during the production process and the research status and problems of the key influential factors' control are dissertated. The development process of embedded control system is introduced. The main contents of this dissertation are proposed. Finally, the structure of this dissertation is given.In chapter two, the general scheme design of the mechanized production line of soybean milk skin is given on the basis of design requirements. The functions of each part of the production line and their interrelations are introduced and the general structure design is given. The structure of embedded control system and its working flow are analyzed. The general design of software and hardware of the control system is given.In chapter three, the detailed design of mechanical part of the mechanized production line of soybean milk skin is introduced. According to the film formation mechanism of soybean milk skin and the key influential factors during the production process, the key components of the production line are designed in details. The design schemes of five important mechanical modules, including soybean milk entering system, film formation system, soybean milk reflux system, drying system and cutting system are given.In chapter four, hardware of the temperature and concentration control system is designed in details on the basis of the general framework. The power circuit, clock and reset circuit, keyboard and display circuit and output control circuit are given.In chapter five, according to the general design scheme, software of the temperature and concentration control system are designed in details. Taking temperature control as an example, the detailed design of fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller is given and the fuzzy control tables of the output variables are obtained. Finally, the flow charts and the algorithm implementations of the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm program, temperature acquisition program are given.In chapter six, the review and conclusions of this dissertation are summarized and the prospect of research work is sketched out.
