Electroplating Technology is electroplating surface engineering content of the most important one,is made in industrial chain indispensable a link.As a result of electroplating layer with functionality,and anti-corrosion decorative role,in all of the industry is widely used.In China with science and technology and made a surprise fly into the fierce advanced manufacturing rapid development,companies in order to improve their market competition,need to improve product quality at the same time as cut costs,improve production efficiency.Galvanized production line control system in this paper a factory of deficiency,in-depth analysis of the galvanized production line and process control requirements,its own sketch design a set of suitable for the enterprise of galvanized production line control system based on PLC technology,the automatic control system hardware selection optimization,and according to the process and control requirements on the soft system optimization,fundamentally solve the difficulty of low efficiency of galvanized production line running is not stable.This paper,by using fuzzy control does not need accurate mathematical model and the principle of combining the classical PID closed-loop control and loop instead of the original open-loop control,with fuzzy control algorithm to build a “speed of fuzzy PID controller”.To influence the speed control of galvanized production for this paper,the proposed method is verified by MATLAB simulation and the feasibility and the superiority of inaccuracy,solved the traffic running vehicle running error is big,fixed a problem with long time driving speed,so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of galvanized production.Finally,in order to realize the precise control of the bath temperature,in this paper,the galvanizing production line temperature control system are studied,through the analysis of the temperature characteristic of alkaline zinc plating,logic PID control is put forward to replace the original single closed-loop control method,using PID module of PLC internal adjustment,has realized the accurate control constant temperature bath temperature,and though the MATLAB software simulation verify the reliability and advantage of logic PID.
