The Research Of The Forging Hydraulic Press Control System Based On OPC

The thesis takes develop the control system for 16MN forging hydraulic press as background, the computer monitoring and control system is investigated based on IPC, which can collect and analyze the information of forging hydraulic press and achieve the control for rate, pressure and travel.In the master monitoring system of the hydraulic press, the control and monitor computer build point to point connection in physical with network card and twisted-pair, using Visual Basic 6.0 to develop data communication program, which connect with WINCC inner OPC interface by its compiled OPC program, and also resolve the data communication between control computer and monitor computer in different environment as the middle layer, realize the entire system's seamless link. Settle the foundation of the whole hydraulic press group's run.In the master system using configuration software WINCC develop friendly user-monitoring interface is a lower cost and short periods blue print. So aiming at the request of controlling system, basis on the partition of function modules, design the configure software and human-machine interface of the master system. The master system is the monitor, control management and storage of the real time data. The slave system carries out the data gathering and the controlling functions. The master system and the slave system communicate with each other. The system completes the data collecting, field control, message exchanging and the real time data management function, etc.The running results show that the system totally satisfied the design requirements. And it is benefit to the society and company. On the while it is easy to be operated with friendly interfaces and has eminent expansibility.As the rapid development of the industry, for the quality and precision of products'request become more and more strict, computer controlling surely turn to a direction. Due to the strong effect and good replant of forging hydraulic press controlling system this paper discussed, therefore this system have abroad and prevalent applicability.
