With the rapid development of rubber plastic industry and other macromolecule material industry, hermetic refiner plays more and more important role in macromolecule material machining. Along with wide use of new type rubber product and rubber plastic mixed product, especially in recent years, it brings forward higher requirement to hermetic refiner performance.In this paper, it designed and analyzed X(S)M55-30 rubber hermetic refiner in the base of referring to the hermetic refiner mixed refine principle and experimentation literature. It systemically designed hermetic refiner host reducer, hermetic refiner room, turbine overturn equipment under the analysis of the structure and principle. It set up three dimension model and assemblage by using UG software. Then, It analyzed important front rotor with finite element method, studied stress and strain under certain load and found that the design was creditable and fulfilled to requirements from the results. It optimized rotor ratio parameter between front and back by using MATLAB software. Under full conditions of intensity, rigidity and life-span, it optimized gear volume to the least and reduced production cost. Finally, it joined the optimized model to the dynamic simulation software ADAMS, analyzed kinematics and dynamic simulation and studied the results to verify reliability.This article designs and analyses the rubber hermetic refiner structure under UG software and the research which contains optimized design and simulation analysis by using virtual prototype technology can finish the design without cut down high physical prototype model cost and experiment times, advance product design quality, shorten the design cycle and cost of production and guide to structure optimized design of rubber hermetic refiner definitely.
