In this subject, the production process and property test of the anti-microwave radiation blended fabrics are studied. The production process of the anti-microwave radiation-woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and non-woven fabrics which are produced mainly by stainless steel fibers blended yarn are explored and discussed. The performance of Different blended proportion and organizational structure of the anti-microwave radiation fabrics is tested and compared, so rational application of anti-microwave radiation series products have certain theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, the mixed rate of stainless steel fibers blended yarn is studied. While based on economic cost, shielding property, fabric comfort, stiffness property, washing property and so on, after repeated experiments, the stainless steel fiber in blended yarn for 25-30%, cotton and polyester fiber for 35-40% are more scientific. In this paper, the rapier loom (SU111) from Wuxi Pacific Textile CO., Ltd is chosen to weave some clothes of anti-microwave radiation which are plain weave, 2/1 twill weave, 3/1 twill weave and 8/3 weft of satin and so on, then this clothes are tested in different frequencies of the shielding effectiveness, finally the conclusions are made that the property of anti-microwave radiation fabrics is not only related to the materials, but also closely related to the organizational structure. At the same time, the fabric style system (KES-AUTO-A) and other experimental instruments of Jiangnan University textile materials laboratory are used to test the wearing characteristics and conventional properties of woven fabrics. In this subject, the knitted equipments from Wuxi Taiping knitted clothing Co., Ltd are choose to weave three different organizational structure of the anti-microwave radiation knitted fabrics which are weft plain stitch, 2+2 ribbed stitch and interlock stitch. Through reality and estimation testing two experiment methods, the shielding property and shielding rate of three different organizational structure of the anti-microwave radiation knitted fabrics are tested, and the dissimilar relation charts of shielding effectiveness are charted according to different organizations of actual and estimated value.Cooperated with Jiangsu Tongjiang Science&Technology Co., Ltd, viscose, polyester fiber and stainless steel fiber are used to produce anti-microwave radiation water needle nonwoven fabrics by water needle equipment exported from Germany. Critical technology such as production speed of dressing machine, numbers of water needle, pressure of water needle and so on are explored. The anti-microwave radiation nonwoven fabrics which are well-proportioned blend, better winding property, and higher shielding property are produced.In this subject, the electromagnetic shielding of anti-microwave radiation blended fabric is tested by using reality and estimation testing. The reality testing method is more precise but testing costs are more expensive. By using the specific resistance instrument to test surface apecific resistance, the electromagnetic shielding properties of the sample can be generally predicted, the estimation testing method is convenient, fast, simple and economic Which is more meaningful over the course of the production.Finally, the shielding and wearing field of the anti-microwave radiation fabrics-woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and non-woven fabrics are compared and analyzed which provide corporation reference of the development of functional anti-microwave radiation fabrics and shielding effectiveness products.
