Industrial Wastewater Pollution Control's Economic Analysis

Before the "11th Five-Year Plan", our country is still primarily an extensive type of model-based development; the economic development model has caused serious environmental pollution and destruction. With the rapid development of the industrial economy, the phenomenon of more and more serious industrial pollution, industrial wastewater discharge increased dramatically in a serious impact on the socio-economic sustainable development.The paper applies micro-economics, environmental economics and game theory and other relevant knowledge and theories, in Zhejiang Province's industrial wastewater pollution control as an example, we lead to the industrial wastewater pollution control analysis.The paper's main contents include the following four aspects: First, by Zhejiang industrial wastewater pollution basis of the survey data, I establish the econometric model to analyze the characteristics of the pollution situation, identify the impact of industrial wastewater discharge and factors in the process of industrial wastewater pollution control; Second, the industrial wastewater pollution control in the plight of Economic Analysis, from the perspective of game theory analysis of the main economic conflict of interest exists between; Third, the industrial wastewater pollution control means of governance means major environmental and economic means government control means.
