Study Of Control Measure Of Rural Non-point Source Pollution In Wuling District Of Changde

Agricultural environment has been paid much attention mainly due to its non-point source pollution issues. The protection of agro-environment, especially in non-point source pollution, is key to guarantying the agricultural production quality security, satisfying the requirement of the increasing population,and to facing the challenge of joining into WTO, boosting up agricultural competitive ability and promoting sustainable development in aericulture.Wuling district is ruled by city of changde, in which urban agricultural characteristic is very obvious,in the area ,vegetable,breed aquatics,flower and leisure sightseeing give priority to the agriculture, farming byproducts machining is developed.By investigating each kinds of pollute source exsiting in the area, and analysing comprehensively the pollute actuality and harm of fertilizer pollution,pestcide pollution,agricultural plastic film pollution,animals' feces pollution,aquaculture pollution,living pollution, and so on,the author further proposed the key thread and countermeasures to improving agricultural environment in this area.A large number of non-environmental damage vegetables production base and the aquaculture base had been built early in 2004, but the current environment conditions are still not famous.the problem are concentrated in the following several: the fertilization increased significantly and been used unbalancedly, nitrogen, are not used proportionally, high use of nitrogen,but low phosphorus and potassium; highly toxic, high-residual pesticides,which had been prohibited by law,are still in overfull use; a mount of rudimental farming plastic film,especially the terra plastid film; animals' feces pollution,aquaculture pollution and living pollution are also became one of the most important pollution. From the soil and water quality monitoring results, we found the surface water in the area has been heavily polluted mainly for oil, non-ionic ammonia, and so on. Groundwater were Worsening, the main pollutants is nitrite, ammoniac nitrogen, and so on. Cadmium is the primary pollutants in the soil environmental,in addition, nickel and copper presented different degrees of pollution.the ultimate approach to control the rural NPS pollution is Work along both lines:reduce pollution by headstream and runoff.For instance, we can apply ecological agriculture, castoff cycling and the construction of artificial wetland, pond, vegetation buffer belt to reduce the occurrence of NPS pollution from headstream and run off area. Furthermore we can also recur to the con-esponding law, policy, economy, and education to put the NPS pollution control into effect.
