Analysis On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution In Yunmeng County

With the rapid development of rural economy,the intensification of agricultural production,and the increasing level of farmers' income,However,unscientific methods of agricultural production have led to increasingly serious agricultural non-point source pollution,and rural environmental protection issues have gradually become the focus of attention.It is not only related to the sustainable development of rural areas,but also related to the quality of life of farmers,agricultural production income and the long-term stability of rural society.To the control of agricultural non-point source pollution imminent.This paper takes YUNMENG as an example,To study the present situation of agricultural non-point source pollution,and the relationship between agricultural non-point source pollution and economic growth.The results of the study show that:(1)there is an inverted "U" relationship between the amount of fertilizer pollution per unit area and the growth of agricultural economy.Chemical fertilizer pollution has reached the inflection point before 2011.(2)the fitting curve of pesticide pollution per unit area and per capital agricultural output value is a positive "U" type.(3)there was an inverse "U" relationship between the amount of plastic film pollution and the growth of agricultural economy.The highest pollution amount per unit area of plastic film reached the beginning of 2012.(4)in the sample period,the fitting curve of the excrement of livestock and poultry and the per capital agricultural output value is "U",The treatment of rural domestic sewage needs to be put on the agenda as soon as possible.with the development of economy,chemical fertilizer and plastic film pollution is more gradual,but this process is not automatic,or the need to control agricultural pollution related measures to reduce environmental pollution and economic growth of agriculture sustainable development.In this paper,from the situation of local life,the causes of agricultural non-point pollution in the county in YUNMENG are as follows:(1)the rapid increasing in domestic sewage and the serious lagging of the treatment system.(2)chemical fertilizer instead of organic fertilizer,excessive use of the pursuit of interests.(3)pesticide instead of artificial catch insects,agricultural market supervision.(4)the natural decomposition of the film is slow,and the farmers reuse the light recovery.(5)the scale of livestock and poultry raising is enlarged,and the effective utilization of manure is insufficient.(6)the optimization and upgrading of energy resources and the reduction of straw utilization rate.(7)the conflicts between traditional values and the peasants' awareness of environmental protection are not strong.The County in YUNMEGN agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control measures put forward the following problems:(1)to optimize the allocation of agricultural resources,the construction of agricultural industrialization base.(2)to strengthen environmental law enforcement supervision and reduce the degree of non-point source pollution.(3)to enhance the awareness of environmental protection and establish the scientific concept of development.(4)formulating pollution prevention and control plans and adopting comprehensive measures.(5)to establish and improve the environment's policies and regulations,management system.
