Study On Rural Environmental Pollution In Hebei Province And Countermeasures

In recent year,with the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the issues about environment and ecological civllization are the focus.As the main gathering area for living and ecological concentration area,the rural exists environment pollution which is caused by agricultural production and farmers' living.It does severely restricte the rural development and construction.Based on this,it is great significant to explore the problems of the rural environmental pollution and put forward the countermeasures.This paper takes rurals in HeBei Province as an example.It investigates the local environmental pollution present situation at first.Then it explores the main reasons of pollution.At last,it puts forward the principle of pollution treatment and solutions.Firstly,it introduces the present situation of pollution from three aspects: the non-point source pollution is caused by chemical fertilizers pesticides,agricultural films;point source pollution is caused by water pollution and waste gas pollution from village enterprises;life pollution is caused by human and production activities.Secondly,the causes of environmental pollution in rural areas are discussed from three aspects: administrative management,enterprises and farmers.About the administrative management,there are four main reasons: the related law is not perfect;the leading cadre owes attention;the management mechanism is inadequate;the related fund input is insufficient.About the enterprises,there are three main reasons:economic interests are subject to environmental protection;environment promotion technologies are weak;environmental protection concept is weak.About farmers,there are three main reasons: environmental awareness is weak;environmental knowledge is insufficient;the idea of small farmers is deeply rooted.
