Study On The Eco-city Construction Planning Of Suifenhe

Currently, the ecological movement for the goal of harmony between the human being & nature is launched vigorously and permeated in many ways throughout the world. Constantly enhancing the level of ecologicalization and constructing an eco-city, which is fit to dwell for human being, have become the main trend of city's development. It is not only the results that all the nations in world change the traditional economical developing model and strive for all world and all mankind's sustainable development, but also that mankind seeks the man & nature's symbiotic and coordination and a more ideal man's residential environment.Suifenhe is the border port city which is traded with Russia. How to construct eco-city so that it can comply with the essential aspect of city has become an interesting work, which is needed resolving. Because of above reasons, the related problems on eco-city's construction in Suifenhe have been studied preliminarily in this paper. Firstly, the author focused on the theory research on eco-city and city ecological planning. And then the systemic planning of Suifenhe was conducted based on the complex ecosystem of Nature-Economy-Society. The purpose of this work was for the construction of eco-city of Suifenhe, and also provided the references help for the other cities which were making efforts to construct their cities as the eco-cities.The main research contents of the article are as follows:(1) City ecological planning, the research content of this paper was put forward after the analysis of the crisis and difficulty faced by many modern cities which were developing at a fast speed. And then the author introduced the development of city ecological planning in our country and abroad. Some problems about city ecological planning were summarized based on mass analyses of construction of city ecological planning. As a result of the analyses, the content and significance of this research were brought out for the further study.(2) The theory of eco-city and city ecological planning were thoroughly studied and the scale standard and evaluation index of eco-city were summed up. Further, the system index and the technical rout of this study were concluded considering the factual status of Suifenhe.(3) Based on the research of the city planning theory, the eco-city construction planning of Suifenhe was analyzed, also the goal of Suifenhe ecological demonstration zone construction and the overall layout urban areas and the construction of key industries were put forward. Make the corresponding Benefit analysis. At the end of this study, some interesting advices and guarantee measures for the eco-city construction were brought forward in this article.(4) Ecological land use suitability analysis is applied to the planning. Carry out land-use suitability assessment of the ecological for urban areas of Suifenhe. And the specific analytical methods and the basic procedures were embodied in the article. Make Specific classification for the urban green space of Suifenhe. And calculate the green space system planning targets.
