Forging occupied a pivotal position in industrial production,is one of the basis progress of the machine manufacturing industry.Along with iron and steel, automobile,chemical,electric power,aerospace and other industries developed rapidly,forging occupied a more important role in the national economy and national security.The capacity and quality of Large forging productions are one of the important symbols to measure a country's level of industrial development.Countries in the world,both developed and developing countries have attached great importance to the development of the free forging hydraulic machine.Hydraulic free forging hydraulic machine is characterized by:Action frequent switching,high speed;transmission power and large inertia;complex hydraulic system.Based on these characteristics,as well as high work pressure,large volume, and when load savings a large number of hydraulic elastic potential energy and at the moment of uninstall will generated a lot of press impact on the line interface,the hydraulic interface parts in the hydraulic system and even the whole machine.Hydraulic Servo drive system of forging Hydraulic machine regardless of using which forms of transmission form,the basic circuit components are similar,the performance mainly decided by the main control components.Under a certain flow, the fast and stability mainly decided by the open characteristics of the main control components,that is,the system master cylinder,the return cylinder,the speed of in and out liquid and the impact of the law.Know from experience,when the process by liquid in accordance with sinusoid of the master cylinder and the return cylinder, will make the action fast and smooth.In this paper,we use theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other means of self to make a systematic study on the fluid-filled valves and the main unloading valve of 15MN free forging hydraulic machine.This article summed up the major work as follows:The first chapter describes the origin and significance of the subject,advanced the study content of the subject,and introduced the domestic and foreign development Overviews of the hydraulic machine in details.The second chapter is devoted to the classification of the hydraulic machine, through various forms of hydraulic rack comparison,we chose three-beam four-post structure,described the working principle of the traditional structure of three-beam four-pillar hydraulic machine in details,and then to introduce hydraulic system of Lantai forging machine,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of hydraulic components we make a selection of the key components of the hydraulic system,and the finally,analysis the hydraulic system and the impact of the leak.Chapterâ…¢explores the simulation approach of the dynamic properties of the hydraulic system.Analysis of various modeling methods and the advantages and disadvantages of simulation software,select the appropriate simulation of the simulation methods.Chapterâ…£,make the mathematical modeling of the fluid-filled valves and Cartridge Valves,so as to establish a simulation model of fluid-filled valves, through superposition of the fluid-filled valve and the main unloading valve flow and the overlay area,and use the MATLAB software to simulation.Chapterâ…¤,make a summarize of the full text,and discussed through to control the unloading valve and hydraulic control valve,so that get the methods to make the unloading process fast and smooth,and posed prospect of the research methods of the hydraulic machine in the future.
