Study On The Coordination Of Sustainable Development In Jilin Province Under The Background Of Energy-saving And Pollution-reducing

Based on the background of energy saving and pollution reduction, take jilin province as an example, researched the coordination of the economic development, energy system and environment. In this paper I collected the data about socio-economic, energy and environment from the year 1990 to 2007.Based on Resources and Environmental Economics, Sustainable development theory and System Science, and adopted comprehensive analysis and analog methods. In order to avoid the error of subjective factors, I adopted the PCA method to process the data, and then applied regress analysis method to measure the coordination of the economic system, energy system and environment system.This paper can be divided into three parts.The first part is about theory, Including chapter 1 and chapter 2. Mainly to introduce and define the concepts and theory and the research conditions by now, then analysis the three systems of sustainable development.The second part is the focus of this paper. Mainly including chapter 3 and chapter 4, in this part I analysis the conditions of energy saving and pollution reduction in Jilin province, and then analysis the coordination of energy saving pollution reduction and sustainable development. Used the data I had collected and applied the PCA method and regress analysis method, then calculated the coordination of three systems. The result show that the energy saving and pollution reduction work achieved remarkable effect. The coordination of the three systems is stable and remarkable.
